Provisions of law; how construed.On and after July 1, 2019, unless otherwise specified, whenever any provision of law refers to the State Energy Office or the Department of Environmental Quality in connection with duties and functions of the Department of Environment and Energy, such law shall be construed as referring to the Department of Environment and Energy.Source Laws 2019, LB302, § 5.
