81-15,270. Swimming pools; violation; public nuisance; abatement.Any owner or operator of a swimming pool failing to comply with any of the provisions of sections 81-15,264 to 81-15,270 shall be guilty of maintaining a public nuisance, and it shall be the duty of the county attorney of the county in which such swimming pool is located to act as provided by law for the abatement of public nuisances.Source Laws 1969, c. 760, § 7, p. 2877; R.S.1943, (2018), § 71-4307; Laws 2021, LB148, § 10.
