81-15,280. Mobile home parks; license required; term; existing licenses, forms of approval, rules, regulations, suits, other proceedings; how treated.(1) No person shall establish, conduct, operate, or maintain a mobile home park within this state without first obtaining an annual license therefor from the department. Such license shall be issued for the calendar year applied for and shall expire at midnight on December 31 of such year.(2) All licenses, permits, or other forms of approval issued prior to July 1, 2021, in accordance with the Uniform Standard Code for Mobile Home Parks shall remain valid as issued for purposes of the changes made by Laws 2021, LB148, unless revoked or otherwise terminated by law.(3) All rules and regulations adopted prior to July 1, 2021, under the Uniform Standard Code for Mobile Home Parks shall continue to be effective to the extent not in conflict with the changes made by Laws 2021, LB148, and until amended or repealed by the department.(4) Any suit, action, or other proceeding, judicial or administrative, which was lawfully commenced prior to July 1, 2021, under the Uniform Standard Code for Mobile Home Parks shall be subject to the provisions , action, or other proceeding, judicial or administrative, which was lawfully commenced prior to July 1, 2021, under the Uniform Standard Code for Mobile Home Parks shall be subject to the provisions of the code as they existed prior to July 1, 2021.Source Laws 1976, LB 91, § 2; R.S.1943, (2018), § 71-4622; Laws 2021, LB148, § 20.
