81-15,285. Mobile home parks; permit or license approved; records.When the department has approved an application for a permit to construct, expand, remodel, or make alterations upon a mobile home park or appurtenances thereto, pursuant to section 81-15,283, or a license to establish, conduct, operate, or maintain a mobile home park, it shall retain the original and keep a file thereof.
