81-2509. State assistance to political subdivisions and nonprofit corporations; terms, defined.For purposes of sections 81-2509 to 81-2515:(1) Commission means the Commission on Indian Affairs;(2) Indian reservation means a tract of land set apart by the federal government for the use of the Native American people; and(3) Political subdivision means a city, village, or county within a sixty-mile radius of an Indian reservation or a tribal government that owns land within such sixty-mile radius.Source Laws 2010, LB1002, § 1; Laws 2013, LB199, § 34.
