81-3530. Seal and signature; affixation; restrictions.(1) A professional geologist shall only affix his or her seal and signature when he or she was in responsible charge of the work.(2) A professional geologist shall affix his or her seal and signature on geologic reports, documents, maps, plans, logs, and sections, or other public records offered to the public and prepared or issued by or under the direct supervision of the professional geologist.Source Laws 1998, LB 1161, § 89; Laws 2013, LB91, § 5.
