82-704. Willa Cather National Statuary Hall Cash Fund; created; use; investment.The Willa Cather National Statuary Hall Cash Fund is created. The fund shall be administered by the Nebraska State Historical Society. The fund shall consist of privately donated funds pursuant to subdivision (2)(b) of section 82-703. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.Source Laws 2018, LB807, § 4.
