85-2006. Community college gap assistance; eligible costs.The eligible costs for which the committee may award community college gap assistance under the community college gap assistance program include, but are not limited to:(1) Tuition;(2) Direct training costs;(3) Required books and equipment; and(4) Fees, including, but not limited to, fees for industry testing services and background check services.Source Laws 2015, LB519, § 32.
