Recurrent authorization to operate; renewal or request to operate on continuing basis.At least ninety days prior to the expiration of its recurrent authorization to operate, a postsecondary institution shall complete and file with the commission an application form for renewal of its recurrent authorization to operate or a request for an authorization to operate on a continuing basis.
