86-431. Public safety answering point, defined.Public safety answering point means a twenty-four-hour, local-jurisdiction communications facility which receives 911 service calls and either directly dispatches emergency services or relays calls to the appropriate public safety agency.Source Laws 2002, LB 1105, § 232.
