90-268. Proceeds; disposition.All proceeds from the sale of any land or buildings described in section 90-267, including investment income on the sale proceeds of the property, shall be separately accounted for and credited to a separate optional cash account within the Vacant Building and Excess Land Cash Fund and shall be designated for the Military Department Joint Operations Center project.This section terminates on July 1, 2015.Source Laws 2003, LB 403, § 2; Laws 2006, LB 1061, § 19.
