Statute 1 370

1. All judges, clerks and employees of the district courts, justice courts and municipal courts shall provide the Court Administrator with any records, papers or other information that the Court Administrator may require and shall cooperate with the Court Administrator in every possible manner in order to effectuate the purposes of NRS 1.320 to 1.370, inclusive. 2. Subsection 1 does not authorize disclosure by the Court Administrator of records and papers not otherwise open to public inspection. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1997; A 1989, 328)
