Statute 104 9710

1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 104.9710 to 104.9717, inclusive, this article as amended applies to a transaction or lien within its scope, even if the transaction or lien was entered into or created before July 1, 2013. 2. This article as amended does not affect an action, case or proceeding commenced before July 1, 2013. (Added to NRS by 2011, 605)
