A security interest that is enforceable immediately before October 1, 2023, but is unperfected at that time: 1. Remains an enforceable security interest until July 1, 2025; 2. Remains enforceable thereafter if the security interest becomes enforceable under NRS 104.9203, as amended by section 52 of chapter 505, Statutes of Nevada 2023, on October 1, 2023, or before July 1, 2025; and 3. Becomes perfected: (a) Without further action, on October 1, 2023, if the requirements for perfection under chapter 505, Statutes of Nevada 2023, are satisfied before or at that time; or (b) When the requirements for perfection are satisfied if the requirements are satisfied after that time.
