Statute 108 690

To the extent that a lien or the aggregate of several liens acquired as provided in NRS 108.670 to 108.760, inclusive, exceeds $1,000, it is secondary to a perfected security interest in the vessel. (Added to NRS by 1957, 215; A 1985, 372; 1993, 224)
