Statute 111 103

NRS 111.103 to 111.1039, inclusive: 1. May be cited as the Uniform Statutory Rule Against Perpetuities; and 2. Must be applied and construed to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to their subject among states enacting the Uniform Statutory Rule Against Perpetuities.
