Statute 111 3683

NRS 111.366 to 111.3697, inclusive, allow a person to submit an electronic document for recording with a county recorder only if the county recorder has elected to accept electronic documents for recording in accordance with the provisions of NRS 111.366 to 111.3697, inclusive.
