Statute 111 671

The owner of an interest in property may create a deed which conveys his or her interest in property to a beneficiary or multiple beneficiaries and which becomes effective upon the death of the owner. A deed created pursuant to this section must be known as a deed upon death. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1348)
