Statute 111 733

'Register in beneficiary form' means to title an account record, certificate or other written instrument evidencing ownership of property in the name of the owner followed by a transfer-on-death direction as described in NRS 111.771 and the designation of a beneficiary. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1419)
