Statute 111 799

A transfer resulting from the application of NRS 111.795 is effective by reason of the terms of the account involved and NRS 111.783 to 111.815, inclusive, and is not testamentary or subject to estate administration. Nonprobate transfers are effective with or without consideration. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1432)
