1. After conducting its hearings on the complaint, the Commission or the hearing panel shall render a final decision on the merits of the complaint not later than 20 days after the date of the final hearing. 2. The Commission or the hearing panel shall notify all parties to the complaint of its decision in writing by certified mail, return receipt requested, not later than 60 days after the date of the final hearing. The written decision must include findings of fact and conclusions of law. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2216)
