1. Each witness who is subpoenaed and appears at a hearing is entitled to receive for his or her attendance the same fees and mileage allowed by law to a witness in a civil case. 2. The fees and mileage for the witness: (a) Must be paid by the party at whose request the witness is subpoenaed; or (b) If the appearance of the witness is not requested by any party but the witness is subpoenaed at the request of the Commission or a hearing panel, must be paid by the Division.
