Statute 116b 820

The Commission and its members, each hearing panel and its members, the Administrator, the Ombudsman, the Division, and the experts, attorneys, investigators, consultants and other personnel of the Commission and the Division are immune from any civil liability for any decision or action taken in good faith and without malicious intent in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
