Statute 116b 865

As used in NRS 116B.870 to 116B.920, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, 'violation' means a violation of any provision of this chapter, any regulation adopted pursuant thereto or any order of the Commission or a hearing panel. (Added to NRS by 2007, 2263)
