Statute 118a 080

'Dwelling' or 'dwelling unit' means a structure or the part of a structure that is occupied as, or designed or intended for occupancy as, a residence or sleeping place by one person who maintains a household or by two or more persons who maintain a common household. (Added to NRS by 1977, 1331)
