Rental agreements entered into before July 1, 1977, and not extended or renewed after that date, and the rights, duties and interests flowing from them remain valid and may be terminated or enforced as required or permitted by any statute or other law amended or repealed in conjunction with the enactment of this chapter as though the repeal or amendment had not occurred. For purposes of this section, tenancies from month to month shall be considered to be renewed each month. (Added to NRS by 1977, 1344)
