'Manager' means the person in charge or in control of a manufactured home park, whether or not the person is the owner or employed by the owner. The term includes any company chosen by the landlord to administer or supervise the affairs of the manufactured home park. (Added to NRS by 1991, 2270; A 2001, 1170)
