1. The landlord shall disclose in writing to each tenant the: (a) Name, address and telephone number of the owner and manager or assistant manager of the manufactured home park; and (b) Name and address of a person authorized to receive service of process for the landlord, and any change thereof. 2. The information must be furnished in writing to each new tenant on or before the commencement of the tenancy and to each existing tenant. 3. A landlord shall post, or provide to each tenant, the office hours or landlord’s availability at the park location.
