In addition to any other penalty imposed by this chapter, the Division: 1. Shall suspend or revoke the license or registration of a broker, real estate salesperson or registered representative who violates any provision of this chapter for such time as in the circumstances it considers justified. 2. May deny the renewal of the license or registration of a broker, real estate salesperson or registered representative who violates any provision of this chapter.
