1. In any hearing in any part of the State the process issued by the Administrator extends to all parts of the State and may be served by any person authorized to serve process of courts of record. 2. The person serving any such process shall receive such compensation as may be allowed by the Administrator, not to exceed the fees prescribed by law for similar service. 3. Each witness who appears by order of the Administrator shall receive for his or her attendance the same fees and mileage allowed by law to a witness in civil cases, which amount shall be paid by the party at whose request the witness is subpoenaed.
