Statute 119a 268

1. Every branch office must be operated under the supervision of a real estate broker or real estate broker-salesperson who is licensed pursuant to chapter 645 of NRS and who has had at least 2 years of experience as an active real estate broker or real estate broker-salesperson in the United States. 2. The project broker or time-share resale broker is responsible for each branch office which he or she operates. 3. If the location of the branch office does not permit a project broker or a time-share resale broker to exercise direct supervision of a branch office, a real estate broker-salesperson shall directly supervise the branch office. 4. A supervisor of a branch office may not supervise more than one branch office. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3507)
