Statute 119a 500

No action for partition of a unit may be maintained except as provided in the time-share instrument. If a time share is owned by two or more persons, an action may be brought for the judicial sale of the time share. A provision for the waiver or subordination of the right of partition or any other right characteristic of a tenancy in common is valid. (Added to NRS by 1983, 995; A 2001, 2509)
