Statute 120a 733

Any person who knowingly makes a fraudulent claim from the Administrator on the property of another with the intent to deprive that person of the property shall be punished: 1. Where the value of the property involved is $650 or more, for a category C felony as provided in NRS 193.130. In addition to any other penalty, the court shall order the person to pay restitution. 2. Where the value of the property is less than $650, for a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 2019, 3012)
