Statute 122 179

1. The county shall provide suitable office space, office equipment, office supplies, and secretarial or other clerical personnel necessary for the proper operation of the office of the commissioner of civil marriages. 2. The county clerk shall establish the office of the commissioner of civil marriages as a separate office and shall maintain separate records for that office. (Added to NRS by 1969, 766; A 1977, 576)
