Statute 125a 485

1. If a proceeding for enforcement pursuant to the provisions of NRS 125A.405 to 125A.585, inclusive, is commenced in a court of this state and the court determines that a proceeding to modify the determination is pending in a court of another state having jurisdiction to modify the determination pursuant to NRS 125A.305 to 125A.395, inclusive, the enforcing court shall immediately communicate with the modifying court. 2. The proceeding for enforcement continues unless the enforcing court, after consultation with the modifying court, stays or dismisses the proceeding. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1001)
