1. An appeal may be taken from a final order in a proceeding conducted pursuant to the provisions of NRS 125A.405 to 125A.585, inclusive, in the same manner as appeals in other civil cases are taken. 2. To the extent consistent with the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure, the appellate court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the rules fixed by the Supreme Court pursuant to Section 4 of Article 6 of the Nevada Constitution shall expedite an appeal brought pursuant to this section. 3. Unless the court enters a temporary emergency order pursuant to NRS 125A.335, the enforcing court may not stay an order enforcing a child custody determination pending appeal.
