Statute 125a 585

If the respondent is not the prevailing party, the court may assess against the respondent all direct expenses and costs incurred by a district attorney or the Attorney General and law enforcement officers pursuant to NRS 125A.565 or 125A.575. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1004)
