Statute 125b 130

1. The obligation of a parent is enforceable against his or her estate in such an amount as the court may determine, having regard to the age of the child, the ability of the custodial parent to support the child, the amount of property left by the deceased parent, the number, age, and financial condition of the lawful issue, if any, and the rights of the surviving spouse, if any, of the deceased parent. 2.
