'Child' means: 1. An unemancipated minor who has not attained 18 years of age; or 2. An adult son or daughter by birth or adoption, or under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive, who is the subject of an existing court order concerning custodial responsibility.
