Statute 125c 0619

'Deploying parent' means a service member or civilian employee who is deployed or has been notified of impending deployment, and is: 1. A parent of a child under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive; or 2. A person other than a parent who has custodial responsibility of a child under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2013, 763; A 2017, 738)
