Statute 125c 0623

'Family member' includes a sibling, aunt, uncle, cousin, stepparent or grandparent of a child, and a person recognized to be in a familial relationship with a child under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2013, 763)
