Statute 125c 0629

'Other parent' means a person who, in common with a deploying parent, is: 1. The parent of a child under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive; or 2. A person other than a parent with custodial responsibility of a child under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2013, 763)
