Statute 125c 0671

1. A grant made pursuant to NRS 125C.0659 to 125C.0677, inclusive, is temporary and terminates pursuant to NRS 125C.0679 to 125C.0685, inclusive, following the return from deployment of the deployed parent, unless the grant has been terminated before that time by court order. The grant does not create an independent, continuing right to caretaking authority, decision-making authority or limited contact in a person to whom it is granted. 2. A nonparent granted caretaking authority, decision-making authority or limited contact under NRS 125C.0659 to 125C.0677, inclusive, has standing to enforce the grant until it is terminated under NRS 125C.0679 to 125C.0685, inclusive, or by court order.
