Statute 125e 090

'Indian custodian' means an Indian, other than the Indian child’s parent, who has custody, as described in subsection 1 of NRS 125E.180, of the Indian child, or to whom temporary physical care, custody and control has been transferred by the Indian child’s parent. (Added to NRS by 2023, 2234)
