Statute 125e 340

1. In any child custody proceeding, if the child is an Indian child, each party has the right to timely examine all reports or other documents held by an agency that are not otherwise subject to a discovery exception or precluded under state or federal law. 2. The preservation of confidentiality under this section does not relieve the court or any petitioners in an adoption proceeding from the duty to comply with the placement preferences under NRS 125E.350 if the child is an Indian child.
