Statute 126 760

1. Any person who is considered to be the parent of a child under NRS 126.710 to 126.810, inclusive, is obligated to support the child. 2. The breach of the gestational agreement by the intended parent or parents does not relieve such an intended parent or parents of the obligation to support a resulting child.
