1. Except as otherwise provided by NRS 126.780 or by an express term of the gestational agreement, the intended parent or parents are entitled to any remedy available at law or equity. 2. Except as expressly provided by an express term of the gestational agreement, the gestational carrier is entitled to any remedy available at law or equity. (Added to NRS by 2013, 811)
