Statute 143 330

The personal representative may not be granted authority to administer the estate pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815, inclusive, if the decedent’s will provides that the estate must not be administered pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1437)
