1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, unless an interested person, including, without limitation, a person who receives notice under NRS 143.345, objects in writing at or before the hearing to the granting of authority to administer the estate pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815, inclusive, and the court determines that the interested person has shown good cause why the authority to administer the estate under those provisions should not be granted, the court may grant the requested authority. 2.
