The personal representative who has limited authority or full authority has the power to enter into a contract to carry out the exercise of a specific power granted pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815, inclusive, including, without limitation, the powers granted by NRS 143.505 and 143.605. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the personal representative may exercise this power without giving notice of the proposed action pursuant to NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive. 2.
